Only 2 hatched!

I set 16 eggs in the incubator 22 days ago. I candled before lockdown and there were 11 that were definitely viable, 5 questionable. I left them all in there. 1 hatched early on day 20 (Friday), another one hatched early on day 21 (yesterday). None of the others even appear to have pipped yet. The first fluffy chick has now been in the incubator for 48 hours, should I quickly lift the lid and take that one out so I can leave the rest in there to hopefully hatch?
