Partly hatched but not improving! Help!

Earlier today I found a fuzzy little chick under mama, I also saw a pipped chick. I have been checking it throughout the day and it hasn´t been improving. I am almost positive that it has a dry membrane. Is there anything I can do to increase humitity under mama or moisten membrane? Help!

Maybe try to help after there hasn't been movement or improvement after 24-48 hours. Also, try to spray/mist the egg so it doesn't dry out. IF it doesn't do anything after 2 days, it might have died. Don't give up though! Hope that helped!

Thank you soo much! Sadly, the chick had died late yeterday night. But, good news is, one other chick had hatched!

They are doing great! One lost it´s egg tooth last night! another is starting to eat and drink.
