Pink and Swollen Corner of Eyes

I have two growouts that have been sleepy and have the corners of their eyes pink. My chickens had a wave of fowl pox go through the flock and i hope this is just residual symptoms, but I really want everyones opinion. We have had rain and a cold snap in the last two weeks. Their coop is a 3 sided greenhouse with a clear plastic roof. The only other symptom I have seen is little sneezes and head shakes (like after a sneeze). Any information is appreciated!

There may be some conjunctivitis and sinus infection. If there is bubbles or discharge in the eye, I would wash the eye with saline or eye wash, and apply Terramycin eye ointment twice a day. You could also treat just those two with Tylosin powder in their water 1 tsp per gallon for 5 days. Here is where to get Tylosin:
