Please help chicken got attacked

Chickens got attacked yesterday the ones that survived are doing fine eating and drinking and moving around besides her. She stood in one spot never moved for 10hr+ barley staying awake and won’t lay down to sleep. But I think her crop is very swollen and maybe some liquid on it. She barley drinks and won’t eat. It is very hard to the touch

Hi! Did she make it? On these cases I would have kept her in semi dark place for 24 hours and gave sweetened water to drink for shock. Then if her crop was full I would start treating for sour crop. There's some really good articles here in the learning center.
