Polish chicken getting bullied

Separate her into her own coop and run and get her some of her own kind. Polish and Silkies don't do well in flocks of 'normal' chickens as they look and behave differently.

Don't forget to trim the head feathers to allow for unobstructed view. Leaving their overgrown crests unattended can lead to starvation and disorientation, even to death.

I have a polish and she's doing ok with my other hens. But I was wondering about trimming her crest. Not sure how to go about it. Any suggestions? Have you done this .

Update! I ended up trimming her crest so she could see the bully coming and run away and that ended the bullying. She was able to regrow her bald patches and hasn't been picked on since.
