so we took in a rabbit from a livestock market, her name is Emma she is a pet and we were told she is six. We have had lots of experience with different rabbits some weren't that friendly, but Emma is really bad, we can't safely handle her, she is very unpredictable and she will squirm, jump, kick and bite, I really want to help her but I feel like there is nothing I can do. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'd get her fixed if she isn't already. And give her some time to settle in without handling or touching her. Eventually, you can try to earn her trust with treats.
