I've used VetRX and also mineral oil. Takes a long time to treat depending on severity.

I am going to treat them with Ivermectin and Tea Tree Oil as soon as I can get somewhere to buy some. Right now I am using Vick's Vapo Rub.

I do have some VetRx, I might alternate.
