Rescue hen

We got this hen a few days ago as a rescue. She had been living outside an empty office building for a while according to a neighbor. She already had some minor frostbite on her comb and was without food, water or shelter. Any idea what she may be, she has dark legs and has had feathers on them, can't see this in the picture?
