Rooster? Breed?

This guy/gal will be 10 weeks on Wednesday. The store I bought her from labeled her as an araucana, but I found out later that they label EE as araucanas as well. So now I am on a quest to find out what breed this chicken is and if I have a rooster or hen. I live in an area that does not allow roosters, so I have been on the lookout. We have 3 other chickens, and they all have smaller and less red combs than this, but this one has no spurs from what I can see, and is not much bigger than the other chickens. I haven’t noticed any crowing, but I know that it could still be early for that. Any ideas as to what breed it is and if I have a rooster? Thank you!

It's s cockerel but I'm not sure on breed.

He's some type of Easter egger. Americana are another name used for the same thing. Definitely not a purebred.
