Sneezing chicken

I'm fairly new to owning chickens, but today when I checked on them and get eggs, one of my chickens was sneezing. She layed an egg yesterday, so was seems rapid onset. After much looking on the web and TSC, I got some vetRX and applied accordingly to the directions, said it promotes a healthy respiratory system. The chicken sounds as if she has pneumonia, if chicken pneumonia sounds like people pneumonia. Should I be worried of anything, is this just going to run its course or do I need to save my flock and put this chicken out of its misery.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will answer. But if she is contagious, separate her from flock.

Going to build a temp coop soon, she has no other symptoms other than sneezing, reduction of eggs and maybe a not eating as much.
