All three are males. The largest one has just matured faster, but you can see the male feathers starting to develop on the other two. And those combs and wattles are very big for a hen. And the crowing... I'm afraid the person you got them from was either very clueless, or intentionally gave you three cockerels. I suspect it was the later.
