Strange feather loss!

I’ve been noticing breakage in this hens feathers for a while now and i’m pretty sure she has chicken lice. Is feather loss a symptom of the lice?!

If you are seeing lice, go to TSC and get a Permethrin based poultry dust or spray. Treat all your hens and their housing. Repeat in 5-7 day intervals.

The feather loss on the side of the neck and face looks like plucking, but it could be due to birds picking bugs off one another as well.
