I'll get the dates for you, but my guess is Aug. 23rd 'ish....
Not sure where you are coming from, but you follow RT. 31 East to the village of Palmyra and there will be signs.
There is also the Ontario County fair coming real soon. I think it starts next weekend. I found that info. on that nycountyfair site someone else posted.
As far as the silkies. When and if you hatch more, I would LOVE to ad a silkie pullet to our hen house. My kids really want one but since they don't come sexed I didn't order one and I can't have any roosters here...

Ok Aran, I found some info.

Ontario County Fair is the 23rd-28th of July- www.ontariocountyfair.org and find the poulty days.

Wayne County Fair runs Aug. 13th-18th. No website.
