very sick 3/4 week chick HELP!!!

HELP I have a 3 week old black sexlink. She had a VERY swollen crop for three days and was lethargic. It went away, and now she's been slowly declining over the last week.
She's not putting on weight, she can't stand. Appears to be breathing normally.
her poop appears normal.
We have been giving Nutri drench, she will eat when we hand feed her (soft egg, yogurt, paste consistency chick feed). She has access to grit and is drinking water.
She appears to be on deaths door, poor baby.
ANY advice please! We have her isolated in our house now, trying to hand feed her.

This’ll be tough because she’s a chick, and very fragile, but you can try gently massaging the crop, make sure you do it from top to bottom so she doesn’t vomit. You can also give her a little bit of vegetable oil mixed with warm water.

Thanks. crop is no longer swollen and we actually did manage to help her get some contents out, that was a week ago.
