Vicious turkey attack on hen

My hen got into the turkey pen by accident and I thought she was dead after I saw the Tom get off her. Turns out she was not dead and she is a fighter but she is badly injured. Her entire head was pecked badly, I got the bleeding to stop and have slowly been removing debris and rinsing the would with a small amount of water over the wounds with a syringe (it’s been about 4 hours). She is standing and taking water, no visible wounds to her body. I have no idea if she can see, her entire head seems to be wounded and it looks like there are a few good chunks missing. Looking for guidance. Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the circumstances. Once the area is cleaned, cover the wounds with antibiotic ointment. I would also keep her in a relatively warm quiet spot until she is less shocky.
