What’s wrong with my chicken

Hey all. Looking for some advice. One of my chickens is much larger then the others, they’re all the same age. She’s got a hump and her tail feathers sit down now instead of up like the others. At first we thought she was egg bound but now don’t think she is. She’s eating and drinking but stomach is swollen, is waddling and doesn’t move very fast. I know we’ll likely have to put her down but am wondering if anyone knows what’s up with her by looking at the photos.

I would give her a thorough once over, feeling for a tight filled abdomen. Does she lay eggs? What do her poops look like, and pictures are welcome. Check her crop early morning before she eats or drinks, to make sure that it is flat and empty. If not let us know. Is she eating and drinking, and what do you feed her? There is no need to think about putting her down if she is doing alright. Hens can have reproductive disorders or other illness, and as long as they are able to get around and enjoy life with the flock, I let them.

It might be egg bound. Maybe give her something that’s help her digest and a little calcium. :welcome
We tried this and warm water baths but didn’t work, she’s been this way for almost 2 weeks now and she’s pooping which I heard they won’t if they’re egg bound? Her comb is also extremely small compared to the others.

Best way is you carefully finger up there. 🤢 But not too far! Maybe wear gloves too. If you can feel an egg you know
