I have. but I would also like to know where I can find unstandardized varieties.

You'll just have to look and ask around. I found some by chance about 2 years ago, and will be trying to breed some new unstandard colors later in a handful of years.

As for how many exist, theoretically every color and pattern could exist. If you want to know how many are recognized, look in the standard.
