I have 10 small bantams, (sebright, oegb, quail d'anver, and silkie ) 3 big birds,(Jersey giants and a Brahma). All are 5 weeks old and still small. What size pin do I need to house all of them?

Bigger will be better! I'd have over four sq. ft. per bird in the coop, ten at least in the run, and places for smaller birds to avoid being seen and harassed by more dominant individuals. You may also want more birds! If you live in snow country especially, having a roofed run pays off too.

Even though you have mostly bantams, I'd go by the back yard standard of 4 s.f. in coop and 10 s.f. in run per bird. Add a roo, and you need even more room. Ever intend to have a broody hatch chicks? More room still. Integrate new individuals, multi age groups. yep... more room.

Don't forget about ventilation, all covered in hardware cloth. You could have the south side almost all open, with three walls and a roof.
Have you looked at Woods coops? That's what I'd have if starting over.
