Which egg color gene would our cock carry?

Hello!
I am wondering which egg color gene our rooster, Phoenix, is carrying. He is a Cochin/Ameraucana hybrid. Will he carry a green egg gene, or an olive egg gene? If you wouldn't mind doing so, I would like if you explain why you chose your answer!

We didn't get him from any hatchery, we actually got him from a backyard breeder. We don't know who Phoenix's father or mother was, so we can't narrow it down by that.

(Yes, I am already aware of his scaly leg mites.)

Most likely green, but without knowing his full heritage it could either one. Blue+white/cream typically makes green/turquoise/light green.

As for egg color, he'll have one gene for blue and one for brown. He will randomly pass one of those two genes to each chick he fathers
