White discharge in pregnant gilt

My heavily pregnant gilt is having some stringy white discharge. I thought she was in labor last night she was doing some (only a little) nesting with her straw, moving it around with her feet...laying down and panting. But still nothing so just a false alarm. She got her milk in about a week ago and I've been able to squeeze it out since Wednesday , so 5 days. Any idea whats going on?

I believe a gilt is a young female pig. I haven't had pigs, but if it continues you may want to have a vet out to see if there's a piglet stuck.

My bad, I googled it but did not see pig. Learned something new.
