Bullseye doesn't mean anything. Cells do divide at that stage, it is just not perceivable with any form of accuracy.

I have some in my incubator currently. Also think I found the rooster. He was dancing for the ladies last night and then mounting them making sure his thing touches her thing.

Yes, that definitely does sound like rooster behavior (although I have seen a few times that hens looked like they are mating with other hens, even though I knew they all laid eggs.)

Incubating the eggs is a good way to settle the matter. Chicks are 100% proof that the eggs were fertile!
