This afternoon I realized one of my chickens is not well at all. Her entire head, comb, and wattle is swollen, no active blood but lots of scabs, and she's got yellowish crusties everywhere. Her comb and wattle are usually bright red. I changed them over to pine horse bedding a few weeks ago, and that's when I last deep cleaned their coop too. Last I checked on them was a few days ago since I have automatic feeders/waterers and she was totally fine, I have no idea what could've happened? She can barely even see now! My other chicken in her coop is completely fine.

Has she been fighting with any of the others or are they pecking her?

My other guess would be fowl pox, but I've only seen pictures of it and don't know how quickly a bird goes from looking fine to looking like your girl.

It might be a bad case of scaly face mites. Treatment is Ivermectin Pour On. Dosage is 4 drops placed on bare skin on the back of the neck. Gently rub olive oil on her face until healed. You should see improvement in about a week.
If it doesnt heal, you'll know it's fowl pox or she got beat up badly.
