This is the first I'm hearing about these. Will this save the baby and is it something I can find at Tractor Supply?

Liquid B complex is for serious Niacin deficiency and Rooster Booster "Poultry Cell" is excellent for getting ducklings off to a good start that have problems.
Did you figure out if you s the picture showed was from the vent or umbilicus? Is the duckling pooping?

No way I can promise either of these will save the duckling but they sure can't hurt. You'll need to give tiny drops into the bill plus you can add to their water but giving it undiluted is best when one is having problems. Putting anything into water dilutes it too much to actually help.

it's eating, drinking, and pooping fine now! you'd never know there was an issue outside of it's problem walking.

I agree with Miss Lydia, that Rooster Booster Poultry Cell helped my little one tremendously and TSC had it where I am.
