I love the idea of a tractor for chickens to get out of their run but I would love to see the details of how it was made and the measurements.

For a small backyard coop this was great. Others looking at a small coop without purchasing the small store bought kits would find this useful.

No pictures makes it hard to get an idea of the coop looks like or how things were used in the build.

The coop edition looks nice but pictures of the in process would be nice for other members who bought the small kits and would like to expand.

What a great example of making use of what you have around the house to resuse. I would have never looked at an old couch and thought.....chicken coop. It gives your coop its own personality. The pictures as you went a long were helpful since most of the design grew as the coop continued to emerge.

The coop is gorgeous but with only a quick blurb about the coop being a personalized copy of another coop here on the BYC and one exterior picture, readers do not get to see all the work and personalization that was put into this coop. Even linking the coop that this was modeled after would be helpful.

The article itself if lacking details. I think overall the coop looks great but with few pictures of the interior set up and no plans, another member would have to visually figure out how to build this coop. Based on comments others would love to mimic this coop in their backyard.

I love the step by step pictures since there was no detailed plan to this coop build. The final result was very professional looking considering it started as two old cabinets!

This coop looks very well made and the chickens look happy. It would be nice to see the detailed plans on how this was built. I am sure other members would find this a useful coop for their backyard flock.

This coop looks professionally built and fits nicely in a city environment. The details of the measurements and plans were easy to read and make it nice if anyone would want to copy the design for their own coop.

I love seeing how people repurpose these playhouses into chicken coops. Thanks for mentioning how and which screws to use to secure wood to plastic since this can be an issue during “builds”.

I like the idea of setting up a coop using an existing barn. You may want to look at all access points to the barn to see if predators have other ways to access your chickens. Every time I look at my coop and run, I try to think of ways predators could get in. I drive my husband a little crazy with it but for all the time, effort, and money we have in our chickens; I want to be sure predators aren’t picking them off.

The final outcome is very nice. The article is lacking details though. It would nice to see measurements, the inside after completion, how the chickens utilize the space, etc. I am also curious how easy this would be to move around since it is classified as a tractor.
The final outcome of this coop is beatutiful. I would love to see more pictures of the process and what the coop looks like inside now that it is complete. Pictures of the chickens inside using it would be great as well. Also, how easy is it to clean and maintain?

I love the idea of a hoop coop and plan to build one for my next batch of meat chickens. It would be nice to see the set up inside the hoop.
