I worked many years in the manufacturing industry and produced many charts to depict the production of certain products. Since we've started raising backyard chickens in Apirl of 2013 it only seems appropriate for me to create a Chicken Egg Production chart!! Only 3 of the 6 are laying now and by November all 6 should be. Can't wait to see this chart grow over the next couple of years. (Data and Chart created using Google Docs Spreadsheet)
The girls really like their new nest boxes. They liked them so much the laid 2 eggs the next morning. Then a day later there were 3 chickens in the same box all laying eggs at the same time.
