Additional Information | Sec. 5-27. Keeping of livestock and poultry. It shall be unlawful, and a nuisance, to keep any cattle, swine, sheep, goats, horses, ponies, chickens, ducks, hens, geese, turkeys, or other domesticated birds raised for food within three hundred (300) feet of any dwelling house, school, or other structure occupied by human beings.
