Development of a Chicken Embryo Day by Day

What a great read - I am such a visual person, and this really helps when questions about development during incubation pop up for me. Thank you!
I've seen videos & pictorials, which I always find to be awesome! Thank you so much for sharing the miracle of life. ❤️
Very informative and helpful article. Lots of great photos and easy to understand information.
This is very informative, to the point, and backed with really good pictures! Thank you, I really enjoyed it

Amazing article to read for better understanding of the development of an egg.
So much great info! I have no intention of incubating eggs but am amazed at the process nonetheless!
This is very informative. I do wish there had been some information on how/best candler etc for very dark olive, dark brown, or thicker shelled eggs. I would have loved to see examples of quitters at various stages compared to the progression.this was still one of the best i have seen on the internet..
Such a wonderfully useful article.

I just put 24 eggs into my 22 egg Nurture Right 360 and needed to know how soon I'm going to be able to see development well (I'm expecting some infertile eggs due to my rooster-to-hen ratio).

Pictures are nice and clear with information about each day. Well done!
:thumbsupVery clearly explained for the total novice in this field. So good to have such clear day by day pictures to compare, looking at this I think I may get 5 out of 6 on my first attempt, here's hoping.
Great descriptive. Reminds me of a science project that I did in high school. Yeah, a long time ago.
Great details and pictures. Any time I'm waiting for a clutch I come back to this article several times.
Great article. Pictures are easy to make out, good quality, very good representation of what goes on during incubation. I haven't found an article other than this one to show pictures of the embryo after day 18. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Anyways, this was a great article and I read it twice. The summary of what happens in every picture is very compact and keeps your attention. Great job!

Thank you for a really useful file.
This is such an informative article. Along with great photos because I know how hard it is to get a photo of the embryo.
