| Additional Information | Sec. 5-4. Restrictions on keeping certain animals. (1) No person, shall keep or house any animals or fowl within the city except dogs, domestic cats, house birds, tank fish, domestic rodents, domestic rabbits, ferrets, small tank reptiles or other animals commonly classified as domestic and/or pets. (Ord. No. 1072, § 1, 12-14-09) Sec. 5-6. Disturbing noise prohibited. The keeping of any animal or fowl which, by causing loud, frequent or long-continued noise, that disturbs the comfort or repose of any person is deemed a nuisance per se and is unlawful. (Ord.
