In a medium sauce pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter.
add 2 cups of sugar once butter has melted. Add 1/2 cup of milk to sugar mixture and stir on med heat
add 1 t vanilla and 1/2 cup peanut butter, melt. add 4T coco stir, stir,stir. once everything is incorporated add
3 cups quick cook oatmeal; turn off heat and using a spoon drop onto wax paper sheets..
cool on the wax paper. the cookies will be soft and chewie
recipe may be doubled
