You have PEACHES! - OMG!
Try this recipe with the peaches and some Grand Manier liqueur. Add about 1/2 to one shot glass to the fruits in the glasses before filling them up with the syrup.
Don't worry, the alcohol evaporates but the aroma remains and mixes with the peaches.

I wish my pear tree hadn't died this year. Our pears, too, were hard and bitter but plentiful. This would have been the perfect solution.
