I currently have a thread going down below titled "Hova-Bator 1588 with Auto Turner" which voices my great displeasure with the #1610 auto turner recommended for this incubator.

I'd like to ask the owners of a Dickey incubator that hatch quail eggs, if they have problems fitting the larger quail eggs in the Dickey turners? I'm looking into his incubators to do my quail eggs, and see that he offers a Plastic Egg Positioner that holds 124 quail eggs, which I assume fits into the turner.

I'm thinking maybe the 3 tray with no hatching tray and using my #1588 as a hatcher only. Through my research, I'm finding that most folks seem to have problems in boosting the humidity in the Dickey at lock down. Perhaps someone who has had a sufficient amount of time working with this incubator could speak to that issue as well as to how the larger eggs workout in the Plastic Egg Positioner.

Thank you!
