What rooster??

I was recently gifted a variety of purebred roosters: welsummers, light Sussex, australorp, Orpington and some mixes. Just curious which ones I should keep and which to go to butcher. What are your experiences with these breeds of Roos? We have about 80 hens, do free-ranging, and have small kids.

I personally would try them out and see which ones you like or your hens like, rooster personally is well personal, not necessarily a breed trait. With eighty hens you can keep a couple of roosters, 5-6 would be good.
