silkie sex?

Based on a pretty large comb and some spiky crest feathers, I agree.

It is approx. 12 weeks. I picked it up as a chick at a local farm. It's crest feathers are not usually spiked like that...it was just indulging in a corn on the cob and got corn juice in its head.
I will try to get better photos this afternoon.

This photo was right after a rainfall.

Here they are enjoying cucumber on a stick.
Do these silkies have a loud crow? I'm in city limits and if he's going to be loud he has to go. Wife says he is not going anywhere. I may he in trouble here. I fear if I find him a home...I'll be looking for one myself lol.

It's making this baby americana keep quiet for a while. This little black chick had splayed foot we had to fix.
Marcus...the silkie was sitting quietly with it. It was amazing how the chick took right to Marcus. This photo also has corn juice stained crest on the silkie. His crest is usually puffy white. He brings our family joy as he is so funny to watch.
