Identification of breed and sex?

Chicken novice here!
Currently purchasing a property and we have some chickens coming along with it, I'm hoping to get identification on the breeds and sexes?

Most look like mixes, maybe a pure silkie in there. There is one rooster (photo below) and the rest seem like females.

Here's what I think

I'm not sure what mixes the ones circled in green would be. I think they might be easier Eggers or similar mixes.
Edit: I think the one in the back next to the white rooster is probably a hen.

Silkie mixes. I'm seeing traits of Japanese bantam in the definite rooster, and traits of millie fleur D'Uccle in a couple of the hens. Might be Cochin bantam mixed in as well. I agree that the fluffy, solid white hen looks like a purebred Silkie.

They are very cute! Not breeds that lay lots of eggs, but you could add some young pullets of egg laying breeds for that if you want.
