Identification of breed and sex?

Chicken novice here!
Currently purchasing a property and we have some chickens coming along with it, I'm hoping to get identification on the breeds and sexes?

Silkie mixes. I'm seeing traits of Japanese bantam in the definite rooster, and traits of millie fleur D'Uccle in a couple of the hens. Might be Cochin bantam mixed in as well. I agree that the fluffy, solid white hen looks like a purebred Silkie.

They are very cute! Not breeds that lay lots of eggs, but you could add some young pullets of egg laying breeds for that if you want.
