It could be an Easter Egger.. I have one that has similar wings. But they aren't usually that yellow as chicks

As far as the chick is concerned, I'm sorry I can't tell. Hopefully some one else will be better able to tell you. I'm not very good at chick identification. I know a few breeds I recognize as chicks but this isn't one. it sure is cute though!!what a sweet chick!♡♡
