Chicken is Puffed up and Won't Stop Sitting!

My Modern Game Bantam hen has been acting strange for two days. She has been sitting in a nest box, all puffed up and not clucking. This is a VERY talkative hen, so it is strange for her to be quiet. Thinking she was broody, I blocked off the nest box. However, she just sat down outside the nest box. Even locking her out of the coop didn't help. She paced in from of the coop until I let her back in. Pretty sure she is laying normally. She has been doing this regardless of there being no eggs in sight! (I have been collecting the eggs regularly) I have not seen her eat or drink at all but I have not been watching. Possibly being broody? How do I get her to stop? Thank you!

She's broody If you don't want her to sit and hatch eggs for you I would try the wire bottom cage method.

It can take several days to break them.

They need to stay in the wire cage 24/7 until they aren't broody.
