Hi I have 2 turkeys ones a red bourbon tom bout 7 months old and I have a hen bout 5 months now I've her that the hen will not lay fertile eggs the first year??

Normally a hen will start laying eggs the spring after the year she was hatched. If she is bred by a tom, the eggs will be fertile.

Where you live can effect when the hen first starts laying as it is not uncommon for turkey hens to begin laying in the fall of their first year. This past year a number of people reported hens laying much earlier than was anticipated.
