Help! Is my hen sick?

My leghorn hen has been acting fine - she's enthusiastic about food still, eating well, willing to leave the coop, still communicating with the other chickens and running around - but she's begun to pluck out her feathers. I caught her plucking out her tail feathers, and it's gotten to the point where she's successfully ripped out each one. The area around her neck is also beginning to look bald and scrawny. The way she current looks is.. sad, and she almost looks sick. I'm not sure what to do for her or what is wrong. Any ideas?

The other chickens around her are acting fine and all still look in tip-top healthy condition. Nothing new has really happened to their current living situation, aside from the addition of a new hen and rooster.

She's not fond of having her picture taken, so the pictures I have aren't the highest quality, but here is what she used to look like:

And this is what she currently looks like now:

I don't understand the 'plucking' of feathers, but she appears to be molting - note the pin feathers on her neck.
