Can't Create a Classified Auction Post

Hello!

I have 20 posts and have agreed to the terms, but I am still unable to create a classified auction post under the Buy, Sell, and Trade option. I would appreciate help with this, as I need to re-home/sell some lovely hens and a rooster ASAP!
