Pimple thing on chicks butt?

Last night we noticed one of our little chickies had a bunch of poo building up on its little rear. It was not blocking anything, but we went ahead and soaked its little rear in some warm water and got all of the poo off. When it was all gone we noticed a little hard pimple thing on his butt right were the poo build up had been.

Should I be worried about this?

How old are the chicks? Sometimes they have a little sore/scab where the umbilical cords /navel are or a small piece of unabsorbed yolk sack that dried up... you might want to go ahead and put some neosporin etc on it and keep a close eye to be sure it is not infected. Article talking about infections and pics of where they would be if that might be the problem.

the pictures is exactly where the little thing is. It is very small, and now that the feathers are no longer wet from the bum soak I can no longer see it
