Are these Ameraucanas or EE's? Gender?

So, the black one started crowing yesterday. Just confirming before we act on it.They are 15 weeks old and came from blue eggs. I also suspect the striped one is male and the grey is female? Can anyone tell me what breed, gender and coloring these 3 are? Thanks!

The black one is a cockerel, and so is the barred. The blue is a pullet. They are mixed breeds, with silkie likely in there somewhere because of the crests and 5 toes.

The black bird and barred (striped) bird are definitely cockerels. The blue (grey) one is a pullet. All of them are mixes, probably with Silkie or Easter Egger in them.

The solid grey/blue bird is a pullet, the black and barred birds are cockerels.
