Day old chicks (left side solid colored chick is a cochin, disreguard)
New pics of the flock taken this week.
These gentle banties make great free range birds but don't stray too far from their coop. They do well in cold weather as long as you have a well ventalated coop. Their food comsumption to egg ratio is outstanding. They are awesome layers of small cream colored eggs, and will set. They are very good mothers. You won't be disappointed. There are more pics in my pic folder.
