I know this is a poultry forum, but you guys must have weeds and gardens... I have a TON of this stuff all over the place. It is really tall, about 3-4 feet, and about this time of year it gets a yellow flower that hangs under a leaf and looks like a touch me not. The stem is hollow and the walls of it are softish and it holds a bunch of water. You know, like crunchy celery would. It likes the shade, i dont find it in the sun. The leaf stems have a touch of red on them. Its not a spotted touch me not, the stalk is thicker, the leaves are more supple... and the flower is just white. But it does look like a touch me not.
