This 2013 chick has our typical mottled pattern .She comes out of an exchequer hen and a white on black mottled roo.
This little black guy, is not one of my chicks, this little guy come from a breeder with some very nice birds, he was hatched here, and we are hoping he brings in some very nice blood into our lines, he will be raised up and see if he makes it into the breeding coops. Very nice start, we will see what size he tops out at. All the breeder cocks have to be in the Micro class to have hens of their own.
This young boy is from my mottled stock, this year I started to get a few other colors then white on black or black on white, or whites, he gives a good show of the patterns.

2013 Pullet, a high tail and short back, is not to hard to get in a hen, BUT try getting down wings !! But all those in a hen, and your going the right direction.
This 2013 chick, grew into a nice pullet, she is currently being housed in the pullet growing coop and will be added to the 2014 breeder coop. She matured into a nice Columbian.
2013 black chick, point of interest nice high tail, full breast, but that back might be too long, she will have to be grown out some before knowing her quality. This chick is from a Micro 9.6 duckwing roo to a cuckoo class A hen.
