3 Days old baby quail, getting very active. Running around and jumping. They even eat and slept in their food container!!!! Guess what, they even get very noisy sometimes, chirppingggg non stop. Just about 3pm today, on 4 Sept, two baby quail just hatched!!!!! 1 more is trying to get out of the shell =0
Quail brooder which is as always DIY!! Havent got a thermometer for it, but seems the baby quails enjoys it very much! Dimmer switch for temp regulating is also used for the brooder.
This is how i made my DIY Incubator. Got it for free from a local market nearby. Just added on some wire mesh, a pc fan, and a portable fan (On the Top) just in case it gets too hot!! Im not using any thermostat regulated bulbs, just using a dimmer switch which is cheaper option for me.
