Here are the pictures of my chicken coop from the beginning to the end. The only thing left to do is insulate it before winter and put up the interior siding. All said and done the price for materials was right at $1000.00. The windows I got free and the steel enterance door I found on CL for $65.00. The coop measures 8'x12' with a 3/12 slant. I put on metal roofing and trimmed up the entire chicken coop with some western red cedar that I had left over from another project. Even installed a 4' florecent light that I got for free. I made 8 nesting boxes with room for more. There is a total of 19' of roosting space for the chicks, that way they can sleep at night without the geese bothering them.
