Black thingy up there is a $15 Walmart heater for the cold nights in Texas. Pine shavings on the Linoleum floor. The bricks and pieces of plywood blocking the nesting boxes at the time (didn't want a mess in there since they weren't ready to lay eggs anyway)
Roosting branch - Pine shavings and thermal barrier stapled to all the walls.
