Built a small access door on the right side of the large main door for our flock to go in and out of the coop without opening the large door. I installed the hinges at the bottom of the door so that it opens and drops down to serve as a ramp.

Inside the enclosed run is a dead tree that I trimmed down to a shorter height and serve as a perch for the flock. They love it.
