May 23rd - our beautiful Sunny (and Dust Day)
The nest box set up = she is happily sitting on the eggs 24/7
It is the middle of August and Bonnie has been broody since June ~ trying the cold water dunk, if this doesn't work we're buying hatching eggs! She actually liked this and was floating for a while... it was probably a relief from her raging hot hormones.
There were 2 owls in the top right corner, but one fell off within days.
May 23rd - our beautiful Sunny (and Dust Day)
May/Spring ~ added fun decals that I found on clearance =) Also switched the bottom bin for a larger one that fits perfectly in the spot! It's lined with a shower curtain, I'll be on the lookout for a thicker liner but it's good for now & was free.
Sunny and Alex relaxing on the patio = I guess she liked the fact that he just had a bath.
Thursday May 17th OMG they finally laid their eggs in the nest box together = SUCCESS!
