oh yeah, almost forgot...have started the 'meal worm' farm also!! this is too easy!! Everyone should have a little one!! It is set up in the same room as the bator. the temps/humidity are good..so..here come the bugs!!!

*Update-the mealies have since eaten the potato and dried carrots!!

threw in a potato..dried it out first, so as not to add moisture to the bedding.

Temps and Humidity have been holding very steadly...I told the previous bator owner that he got all the 'kinks' worked out for me!!

Trying not to count chickens before they hatch...but am very excited of the prospect!!
Going to make the brooder. Even if I am not skilled/lucky enough to be graced with chicks this time..well, there is always a 'next' and will need a brooder then!

Everything is all within reach...computer, printer, bator and supplies...only one thing left to do..make brooder.
